Beef Burger with Spicy Date Sauce
Classic burger culture meets Saudi dates. The spicy date sauce adds a sweetheat that’s perfect for American, German, and Dutch grill lovers.

Step 1
To prepare the date sauce, mix the dates and the mashed tomatoes in a food processor and add water until the dates are completely mashed.
Step 2
In a pot, put the mashed tomatoes and dates, add the balsamic vinegar and the rest of the spices.
Step 3
Let it boil and then remove it from the fire.
Step 4
To prepare the burger, we form the meat into discs shape and grill it in a frying pan. Season it with salt and black pepper.
Step 5
While it is on fire wipe it with dates sauce.
Step 6
Then put a slice of cheese on the meat till it melt.
Step 7
To serve, wipe the burger bread with date sauce, then lettuce, then meat and tomatoes, and serve.
