Date Beehive
This is a honeycomb-shaped bread filled with dates and cream cheese, brushed with date molasses. The French and Italians will love this as a pâtisserie-style item, while the UK and Dutch appreciate warm, filled breads.

Preperation
Total Time 2 hours
Step 1
In bowl mix half cup of warm water, instant yeast and sugar.
Step 2
Allow to stand, until bubbles are popped from the mixture.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer, beat dates with the rest of the warm water cup.
Step 4
Sift the flour, powder milk and salt then pour over the instant yeast mixture then oil then the dates mixture and mix them well for 5 min, until combined smooth cover and Let rise at a warm place, about an hour.
Step 5
Turn the dough out into a well flour surface, and roll into smooth balls and fill them with cream cheese into the center of each.
Step 6
Pinch the dough to seal in the cheese.
Step 7
Put the balls into the baking dish.
Step 8
Cover and leave them again for 10 min. Heat the oven to 200 C° and Bake them.
